Pain is an expression we use when we are hurt. Being hurt comes in many forms; you get hit, you fall down, you scrape your elbow, your boyfriend/girlfriend breaks up with you, a close family member dies, etc. With each and every one of these painful stories comes a small crack in your heart. Sometimes you’ll feel broken an misplaced. You’ll feel like you have fallen and you can’t get up. But I have advise for you. Change your routine, think of yourself for once and do what is BEST for you, change your perspective of yourself, change your perspective of others, think of ways to improve your health: like a new diet or a workout plan, find yourself and don’t let go. You’ve been told there is more to life than what’s in front of you, but in order to see the rest of your life you have to look at what’s in front of you to see where to take your next step. Base everything you’ve got by the looks of what’s in front of you, not what’s behind you or what’s beyond, look in front, put your foot out there and see where it will take you…
